Thursday Social Runs

Looking for some company whilst running? We're a really friendly club so come and join us on a Thursday night for a 5k social run around Diss. All are welcome, you do not have to be a member of the club. All we ask is that you complete the attached form below before attending a session as this is a health and safety requirement.
